How is my order packaged to ensure freshness?
All orders are packed in specialized insulated thermal boxes with pharmaceutical-grade gel ice packs, ensuring your meat remains at a safe, chilled temperature for up to 48 hours during transit.
Where do you source your meat from?
At Gamekeepers, we partner exclusively with trusted local farmers and sustainable hunters who adhere to the highest animal welfare standards and ethical harvesting practices.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday through Thursday are eligible for next-day delivery within our standard shipping zones. We do not ship on Fridays to avoid weekend transit delays.
Can I freeze the products upon arrival?
Absolutely. Most of our products are delivered fresh and are suitable for home freezing. Each package is vacuum-sealed to prevent freezer burn and maintain peak flavor for up to 6 months.
What is your policy on returns for perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
